How to calculate how many glasses you will need a function
It is very easy to over-or under-glass for your event or function. Often you will not be sure of the numbers attending and you might be tempted to cut an average number for the glasses.
Or perhaps You will say – 100 people, 100 glasses – very simple! The problem is that people drink to change, moving from red to white, soda water rather than the evening draws to a close – especially if it will go. How often to collect the glasses and staff had to function to speed up a team in the kitchen to wash and dry rapidly returns before they run to the bar?

Let's start with the topic of beer. If you have a cold beer, then More than likely will find a good ratio of guys on the guest list. It is not that women do not drink beer – but they do drink less frequently and in smaller Volumes than boys. Even beer drinkers in Australia (men and women) are more than likely drink from the bottle – even at swanky events – so your need for high ball Glasses only significantly reduced.

Champagne. Flipping the coin here is your champagne drinker mainly but not exclusively, women. Well, why the "French" Champagne question? Well, of course, no French man or woman will tell you, champagne, that can only be when it called champagne from the Champagne region in France – is probably true! – But no matter, and whether the estimated quality is generally recognized or not – if French champagne – your champagne drinker for the night is on this drink for a longer Residence before a drink – such as wine (very often white wine) – and, of course, this means that you need more champagne glasses (flutes). Only one additional Note – if the quality of the champagne is good, then more of the men will drink – again more champagne glasses!
So where is because our view of the actual numbers? More than 100 people for an event that served with the champagne we were No. 30 – 40 High Balls (mineral water, soft drinks, etc.), 50-60 glasses of champagne (But 70, where the quality is very good) and 50 wine glasses, for men, or move the wine to wine (red wine will often prefer to meet) for beer and Women, the white wine to move their champagne.
No champagne? Then 30-40 High Balls as before and 70 wine glasses. Do not forget, a couple jugs for Water (2-4) and lots of ice. It's nice to have Lemon slices also useful for the sparkling mineral waters. Guests are particularly grateful for this towards the end of the evening.
